Dear Reduser friends & community,
We are in pre-production on our second narrative short film. This story won the Napa Valley Film Festival's pitch competition and has interest and support that leads us to believe it could become a feature film. The production will take place the last week of March in Bakersfield.
We're putting everything we can into this film, but we need help. Because the story takes place in the central valley, in a migrant labor camp, we are spending a considerable amount of money on travel and lodging expenses. That's leaving us hard-pressed for the crew and equipment. Please contact us if you can help with this production in any way. There is a list below of some of the help / equipment we need. Will edit as we approach the shoot ...
This project will be shot with our EPIC and Leica R lenses, unless someone has a DRAGON and / or a set Cooke or Zeiss speed primes to donate.
CREW:
1AC / Camera Operator
GAFFER (With Grip Truck / Van)
Production audio / Boom Op.
EQUIPMENT:
Canon Motion Mount
REDMAGS
HMI Lights (Joker 800s or larger)
Thank you so much for reading and considering this request. Please PM responses.

Selling Rosario is the story of a family of migrant farm workers and their young daughter, a musical prodigy, risking everything for a better life. As Rosario uses music as a coping mechanism to survive the dangerous world she lives in, her family knows it may be her only way out.
