RedRocket not woking at all

My Red Rocket card does not work, I get no image in the viewer when using the card and RedCineX crashes. Talked with Red about the issue they said download REDCINE-X PRO beta and that did not help at all, still the same issue.

Anyone else have this issue?

I don't own a Rocket but I'd suspect that to help, someone would need a bit more information than this.

If you send your log files from REDCINE-X Pro to redcinex at red dot com we can attempt to figure out what is going wrong.

The easiest way to get all the log files is to use the Help Menu -> Save Report option and send that file.
