RedRock microRemote (Handheld) vs. Cinegears Single Axix (Expresso)

First time Gimbal owner here (Letus Helix Jr.). I am divided between investing in these two very interesting options:

a) RedRock microRemote (Handheld)
b) Cinegears Single Axis (Expresso)

Would appreciate those with experience of having used them to weigh in on pro's and cons:

Questions that I am interested to get feedback on are:

- RedRock microRemote (Handheld): Can the range & speed of the finger controller be calibrated or it is fixed to a certain speed and range (i.e. degree of rotation)
- Cinegears Single Axix (Expresso): How is the battery life of the Expresso unit? Is the battery removable or fixed?
