Redmote Upgrade Failing

Following manual instructions, entered the IP address and my Network settings says the device is connected. But running the REDmote Software Wizard, is says, after a couple minutes " Unable to connect to the attached Device" I have entered IP address several times, shows up right, so I don't think that's the problem.

Enter a subnet mask 255.255.255.0
