I first tested the Redmote with the Scarlet on Redmote's shipped firmware, xxx.09, I think. It seemed to hold connection pretty well. I then upgraded firmware to the most recent Beta, which is supposed to address connection losses, and it is now losing connection every few minutes. One caveat....I am testing this currently in an urban area, with A LOT of RF all around, including a ton of WiFi. Is there an adjustment or something I can do to eliminate that (the RF) possibility, or should I just go back down to the original FW. Thoughts? (I did a re-pair between Scarlet and Redmote after the Redmote firmware upgrade, fyi).
 
Brant, in the future this type of thing is probably better posted in the Bugs / Problems / Help! section of the forum, as it is not necessarily Scarlet specific. Scarlet section has become kind of a dump-all for general threads lately...

Hope you get your issue resolved.
