  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I'll have pictures attached on the REDMote next week. For reference, the rubber gasket extends very slightly over the edge of the REDMote. It's very small.

I'll have a docking update soon, I know it works great with the Shuttle mount.
 
I might have to get myself one of these... Would go well with the Red Studios lanyard too :)
 
So does it screw into the back of the REDMote?
Meaning that once around your neck its not balanced as the connection is in the middle back of the REDMote and not Top or Bottom centre?
Just trying to get an idea of how comfortable this is to wear and have the REDMote dangling from your neck.
 
It screws into the thread on the middle bottom of the Redmote, not the back. It is very balanced and feels quite natural.

I agree Petri! Had a look the other day and was shocked. Sort it out Andy and we will both have em!
 
yeah.. some old fashioned snailmail way delivered to Europe in 3 weeks @$10-20 would be more acceptable in comparison with the cost of the thing; was ordering and checking out and quit the order on the shipping costs [heck; for that amount i sent my red to England, insurance added another €200 to be honest though]

your product looks good; would still order one (=

Yup, regular 1/4 20. Thanks guys. We're still a new company and still working out quirks, but as time goes on we've been getting better and better. I'd also like to add that while the only options on the site are PayPal or check, we can also take credit cards directly. Contact me if you'd prefer that.

I ordered one on Jun 25, but only have silence in response to my query on the status of my order thru Google Checkout.

Their site shows 'now in stock'.

Maybe RED is suing them for their 'fashion accessory' lanyard - as RED certainly got offended by Wooden's sunglasses (of course, I ordered the black one, not the 'red' one, just to be safe)?
