Hi everyone,
I hadn't used my REDmote in some time, so the battery was completely flat, but now when I plug it in (into a USB port on my Windows 7 PC - which can't even see the REDmote plugged in - , directly into a power outlet, or attached to the camera), it loads up only the RED logo, but never gets past that. I can't access the menu or anything else. It just looks like it's freezing when booting up. Once I disconnect from the power source, it shuts off instantly.
Any suggestions on what's going on or how to resolve this? There's no information for a similar issue online and I can't seem to find the manual on RED's website either...
