  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi,

I'm trying to download my Redmag using a new MacBook Pro and a new redstation USB 3.0 and I keep getting this Message: "this item A001...... is in use", pretty much saying I cant copy it. I tried restarting the computer, unplugging and plugging every cable, but I keep getting the same. What can I do?
