Hi,

Can someone tell me if the REDMAG's SSD when bought new in RED STORE are suposed to be sealed?

I bought one new, and receive it today, but the plastic bag wasn't sealed...

Thanks

I believe it came sealed for me... Did you buy it from Red.com, or did you buy it from a user who bought it new but did not use it?

Thanks Louis,

I bought new in RED STORE, RED EUROPE, but it wasn't sealed and notice that it has some very small tiny marks on it...
It looks it was already been used...

Mine wasnt taped shut, just folded over.

Mine wasn't tape shut too, meanwild I receave a mail from mine Bomb Squad Rep, and he assure me that the card is new, probably during quality control the card was put in a reader or camera and that made the small marks on it...

All I've had (X2 128 & X4 64) where sealed.

Thats very strange, why some are sealed and others don't????

Maybe as volume sales increased? Got mine alongside my Epic last Feb, so (perhaps) the demand has increased a bit since then - with the half price Epic, BT Scarlets & Red Ones etc :)

I wouldn't worry about it. The card is still a 3 month warranty from Red, so you're OK.
