A couple of times when I've logged in here and clicked on a username (mostly "Jannard") to see if they've posted anything new, I've gotten redirected to advertising sites that appear to have nothing to do with this site.
This has happened with both Internet Exploder and Mozilla.
They open up in a new tab, and when I cancel them and try again, I then get the user profile I was asking for
The last time, just as I clicked the cancel button, I noticed that the address of the ad site ends in "/viral".
The address doesn't appear in my history folder, so I don't know what it was.
Since it appears that some accounts have been hacked into here, I was wondering if that might be related in some way.
If it happens again, I'll make a note of the web address.
I've tried three different spyware cleaners, each has found something, but it doesn't seem to have affected this issue.

I'm not seeing this on my side. Checked with Firefox, IE, Chrome, and also ran this site thru an online malware scanner. You might have had your PC compromised. Check your host file. Typically it is in C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc. Make sure there are no IP redirects for one of the ad servers Reduser.net might be using. That could be why it doesn't happen all the time.

Also try loading up the website with IE or Firefox on safe mode and see if it still happens next time.
