REDCODE for non Macbook Pro

[brianhammster]

I was wondering if REDCODE codec would work with my laptop. PowerBookG4. A non- intel mac.
I installed it and tried to open a quicktime proxy and its like Quicktime never installed it. Is it because of my computer?

Thanks

Brian

Its my understanding that Redcode and redcine only works on intel based Macs.

If I can't find 50 posts where this has already been discussed, I'll write you a check for $1000.

Yes, all our software is x86 (Intel / AMD) only.

does mean that red alert and the QT codec work on PC's now?

just tried it I guess not... will there ever be a codec for QT refs to play on a PC ?

Only REDCINE is currently available on the Windows platform.
