RedCineX Pro crashing on Quicktime export

I am trying to export 5kHD files to 1080p ProRes 444 and it crashes every time! I have an impending deadline so any help would be appreciated! :scared:

Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB
OSX 10.9.2
Apple Thunderbolt Display 2560x1440
Pegasus R6 Disk Array
Red Rocket
connected via thunderbolt port in this order: Monitor>Pegasus Disk Array> RR
Reading right off the card, rendering to the Pegasus

Try without RR
Try without OpenCL
Try different Quicktime Codec
Try 1/2 Premium Debayer

If you didn't record in camera audio try disabling the audio in the render. I've had that cause issues before.

Thanks Bob, I will try your suggestions now. Justin, I will also try yours. I do have in camera audio but have it separately as well. Fingers crossed...
