I'm having a recurring problem (posted about it in the Rocket forum, before, but no response) where my machine isn't seeing the Rocket (MacBook Pro w/MAXX Mobile). I'm pretty sure I've got it narrowed down to RedCineX referencing some preference file (or something of the sort) and not even bothering to look to see if the hardware is there. I've tried throwing away RedCineX and reinstalling, including throwing away the library>application support files, but when I start from scratch with a freshly un-archived RedCineX, my last window lay-out and the last clips I had in the bin still pop up.
Can anyone tell me what and where the preference (or whatever) file is so I can throw it away? Or is there a "proper" way to do a clean install of RedCineX? For future reference, I'd love the same info for the Rocket drivers.
Thanks!
