Redcine X to Final Cut Pro to AAAAGH

[Gary Nice]

So I record a nice little interview in RAW, make it look nice in Redcine X and then edit it in Final Cut Pro and Share as a .mov. A 6 GIG .MOV. So now I cannot find any way to send it online to my client. Oh yes there is Dropbox and it takes 8 hours. So I have someone who wants it in mpeg4. so I want to make them happy. So I cannot find anyway to export it or convert it to mpeg4.

In fact I have looked like an idiot several times with no way but to put it on a disc drive and take it to them to get any of my projects from Final Cut Pro to anything.

Any suggestions?

Gary

Use Compressor to compress it to h.264 mov or mp4.
