redcine-x "R3D trim" export preset not working consistently on 9-clip batch

Tried exporting 9 8K RED clips from RCX with the R3D Trim preset. No effects or anything special.

5 export correctly.
4 do not. :mad2:

All 9 are from the same shoot, settings, and RDM folder. Practically identical. When I bring in all 9 exported r3d files into RCX 4 read as "OFFLINE", but the other 5 read just fine.

High 5 to anyone who can troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks for those links, Rand! You're always helping out!

Just yesterday after getting off the phone with Alex at RED Product Support, we were able to fix the issue. They sent me a custom one-off build of RCX that worked flawlessly. They later suggested why, "Our theory is that there is a bug to do with your system and our software. Our plan is to have this fix in the next release of REDCINE-X Pro."
