Hi all,
My colleagues and I are using REDCINE-X PRO to export EXR files for our visual effects guys.
We've been able to do the following thus far:
1. Export a Sequence from Premiere Pro as "Final Cut XML".
2. Import that XML into REDCINE-X PRO so that it appears in RCX's timeline.
3. Export the selected clips (in the currently open timeline) to EXR.
Here is our puzzle to work out:
Say we have a sequence of three cuts: Shot 1, Shot 5, Shot 1 in the timeline.
When we export to EXR, I can make RCX dump the EXR sequences to folders (right now, by clip name).
The problem is that both instances of "Shot 1" end up in the same folder - after the export, we have to eyeball when the frame number jumps (and manually move that batch of EXRs over to another folder).
My question : Is there a parameter or way to have RCX make a new folder for each EXR sequence? i.e. "SCENE_10_A001_C001", "SCENE_10_A001_C001-2" or something like that?
I hope I'm being clear, let me know! Thanks in advance.
Best,
James
