  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Redcine X Pro 3D

It is enabled. You import left and right eyes, right click and hit "make 3D clip". Once you're looking at the 3D clip in the viewer, you can look at it in roughly 10 different viewing modes. And adjusting the HIT & VIT is seemingly disabled, but just do a quick search on here and you'll find out how to use them. Essentially you have to make frame guide crops so that the HIT & VIT have 'wiggle' room to adjust. Then there's a 3D section in the export section as to how you want to export it, most commonly Side by Side.

That is awesome thanks Doug for your advise. I am working with 3D files now in RCX just need to work out how to use the frame guide crops and export.

Can anyone point me to a post here explaining how to make frame guide crops so I can adjust the HIT in REDCINE X PRO working with 3D files? Also how to export a 3D file to use in final cut pro X?
