I am sure it exists!

Is it possible to do a center crop or custom crop and than drag the image (left, right, up, down) into the appropriate framing you prefer within the cropped aspect ratio?

that ability would be nice. You can click on the lock aspect ratio, and then sort of drag the frame guides around but not the image.

Hold down the CMD or Ctrl key and theN use the mouse to click and drag the entire crop within the recorded image.

I think that's what you want, right? You can even do it from the look tab after having set the crop.
