Somewhat SOLVED. Dave from Red helped. Changing the Debayer options from full to 1/2(good) seemed to do the trick.
Thanks to Dave and the community for suggestions.

I am using Redcine-x to pull stills from my red footage. I have watched several tutorials and I believe that I have the settings correct.
When I export the file - I receive is just a black frame. I have tried several settings - JPEG, TIFF, PSD.
For instance if I select "Send to PS" (PS = photoshop) - photoshop opens and displays the still with the proper file name but the still is
just a black frame.

I do not have red rocket. I am using a PC.

Is there something that I am doing incorrectly?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Timothy,

You probably are not doing anything incorrectly. Please enable verbose logging and attempt a few exports. Send me the resulting log file to redcinex at red dot com. You can access the log file from the Help menu.

Thanks,
David
