Where does Redcine-X store it's cache file and can i point it elsewhere?

I don't believe REDcine-X caches to disk, just to RAM, but I could be wrong.

thanks for reply Nick, i appreciate it.

I'm just setting up system for better work flow, and having all programs that cache to disk space somewhere controllable is handy.

by the way, if some knows different for sure about the cache please post update...

We only cache to ram. Any reference to caching you see in the app is unrelated to playback and/or export.
