Redcine-X 64-bit last build doesn't start

Redcine-X 64-bit last build doesn't start at all. It shows up in task 'manager' > 'processes' but the interface itself doesn't want to appear.

It was working perfectly just couple of month ago, I didn't made any changes to system and just don't have any idea what to do.
Red player is doing OK.
I tried to reinstal them few times - no success.

so now I use Old version.
install Old Ver... then Update///

It happend to me as well with v16-->v17 upgrade process. Several Redcine X Pro reinstallations didn't fix it and I decided to reinstall Win7.

Please try deleting your preferences.ini file. You should be able to find it around {UserFolder}\AppData\Local\red\

It would also be very useful for you to compress and send your RCX logs to (redcinex at red dot com) so I can review them and see why it will not start for you.

They should be found in your "C:\Users\your_username_here\AppData\local\rcx\RedCineX\Logs" folder

Unfortunayely, there's no rcx\Red CineX\Logs" folder

If you're on Mac - For Redcine logs try:
/Users/your_username/Library/Application Support/red/RedCineX/Logs folder

i've googled "redcine doesn't start" and found my own post in here. 2 years passed - same problem with redcine.

More information would be helpful. Any logs you can send us. What OS and architecture you're running on (32-bit or 64-bit).
