REDCINE-X 39 - Red One R3D - Only Black Frames

Hi to all,

Today I got R3D from some Red One shooting last week and while they are able to play and see material on camera, in RedCine-X all I have are black frames.
Same thing happens if I try to load r3d in DaVinci Resolve

Metadata is there, but all is black.

OS: 10.9.5
RedCine-X 39
Latest ProApps codec 2.0.4

Hi, did all that, and after hours of calling and clicking...

Red One was not recording metadata for Looks, R - G - B channels where 0, and after resetting everything, and getting DOP to give me data he used on shooting (colour temp, iso and all that) and adding it manually to every clip, picture came to live!

So... for any one who will have similar problem, first reset Looks metadata do default.

Hope it will help someone.
