I have downloaded and installed REDCINE-X 194 on a PC with Windows 7.

When I try to export as QuickTime, it says that I have to go into Settings.

However, when I click on Settings nothing happens.

[For the other export formats, clicking on Settings correctly opens up a Settings window]

There should be a Movie Settings (for windows users) window that will be opened - according to the RedCineX Pro Operation Guide. I do not see this. Is there something that needs to be loaded first for PC users? Lim

Lim,
Have you installed QuickTime/QT codecs??? Nothing will happen when you click on the settings button in the export dialog if you haven't installed the codecs yet.
Thanks
Armen

You mean something like this - https://www.red.com/support/all/downloads/11/release_history

That is only for Mac O/S. BTW, when I tried to render a QT wrapper in Apple MacBook pro - only green frames are being rendered in Mac???
Which QT codec you meant I should install for PC?

Thanks - Lim

You'll have to download and instal quicktime from apples website. Not sure if you need pro, but I wouldn't be too surprised if that was the case...

Apple website links the Red Raw QT codec back to the one I mentioned above. Or is there another I missed out? Lim

Sorry -- was addressing Tai's green frame issue with QT wrappers under MacOS.
For Windows, QT wrappers won't work as we do not supply a codec as we do for Mac.

Cheers,
David
