  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Redcine-x 104 for windows

The Debayer has been set to FULL.

I did try the "Nearest Fit" setting in v104 and voila--got the v101 results: both normal export speed and sharp resolution; however, any build 30 footage I export are full of white speckles in the black areas (just like it does if you export a build 30 shot in v101).

Is it safe to assume that the new debayer (not the "Nearest Fit" setting) in Redcine_X 104 are required with build 30 footage?
 
I'm also unable to SAVE or SAVE AS in Build 104.

Also, I have no audio and haven't had audio in any of the REDCINE versions. I know if may be my hardware, but is there a button I'm missing or a setting I need to enable?

Last, I'm new to REDCINE and I'm looking for an up to date tutorial on its features. Right now I can't even access the Help Tab -- because nothing happens.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

When did you send it? I don't see it.
( I get a couple hundred emails a day but occasionally I get the disappearing email thing happen on the iphone).

I've got RCX running happily on one machine PC XP32 but it will not start on two new machines we have just built to run Red Rocket. These are both similar but have 2 PCI-E slots to fit the Quadro FX 1800 and Rocket.

You said there were some issues with graphics card drivers so I've tried both earlier and the latest Nvidia drivers with no success. Can't understand why it runs fine on one machine but not the others - all the same OS XPpro SP2 and build 2600

I'm dying to try Red Rocket. Any suggestions?

Is 104 still the latest?

Deanan, can you please confirm that you received my two log files from tonight? I just emailed them to you. I cannot get RCX to render on my machine at all.
