RedCine will not let me access xml. please help

When I load my crimson telecine xml into redcine, it shows me all of the appropriate clips. However, as I try to OPEN my fcp xml file to show all of the cut points... Redcine only shows me my top files to choose from VOLUMES, USER, Macintosh HD, etc... but will not let me go any further into the files to select anything from them... I have already used this program successfully so i do not understand RedCine is suddenly behaving as if there are no files on my computer to access.

Please any suggestions? Thank you!

Sometime the problem is something to do with the access privileges, so you could do a access privilege fix in the Disk utility, but quick work around is to save the intermediate to the desktop instead of default user/document location.

It is problem of RedCine , if you have more then 100 cuts in time like , and after
Crimson to RedCine you will have this problem for 100% . Just get smaller part of time line , and test it .

Yes that is correct. There seems to be a limitation as to the number of clips that Redcine will load. Break your sequence into pieces to work around this problem.
