Redcine problems

I need to export some tiff frames from R3D material and suddenly I face problems with Redcine.

In my MacPro:
When I try to run Redcine, it gives me en error message, something like "...contact Apple" and it fails to load. Until now it worked without problems

I tried to make the job in my PCs (XP & Vista)
When I set the output and start render I get an error message
"Player: Failed to write frame 99 (the specific frame I need)
Node: RedMag
Time and date"

Whats wrong??

The problem in my MacPro has been solved. I deleted Redcine from "applications" and I deleted the revelant files from 'Library" (thanks to another post). Now Its working.

Does anyone know how i can solve my PC's problem?
