redcine out put is blank and black on PC

hello im a PC user and can get my footage into redcine, colour it etc but once it outputs the image turns black and out puts a blank black frame.
help please....

I have been trying to use Redcine on my PC to no avail. Can load a file but program almost allways flakes out on export. Either locks up, or the exported file is unreadable. Also will only export a Quicktime file. None of the other format options work. Returns error and stops processing. Redcine is very, very unstable on xp pro.

I run redcine on xp pro and I find the latest version very stable. Nothing fancy on my system just a mid-level dual core processor, a gig of ram and a NVIDIA 8800 gt. If you have tried all of the iterations of uninstalling and reinstalling redcine & qt - try swapping the video card.

I had similar issues of instability and garbled output when I had an ATI card in my computer - a video card upgrade fixed these issues.
