REDCINE export to any quicktime = 1 frozen frame for the whole duration

I'm on Windows.
When I try exporting to Quicktime - it results in a video, thats as long as the original, but theres just one frame throughout the whole clip.

What's up with that?

damn, it exported two clips normally, and now its the same as before!

nvidia geforce 6600 it is..
