Red Workflow for dummies

Can anyone point me to the best place to find the basics of workflow for RED footage and using RedlCine-X?

But in truth, the best thing to do is to hire a good post supervisor. As far as I'm concerned, their entire job is to save the production money, get the show done on time and get it done right. Without a post sup, a lot of projects tend to founder very quickly.
