Our team, Ideas in Blue, has over 25 years of experience filming underwater, from the old days of U-matic cameras, to Super 16, to IMAX to RED. We can put any camera format underwater and deliver any type of images needed, from music videos to feature film. In a swimming pool or 600 ft deep in the ocean.
Underwater imagery is one of the most sought after ways to add value and uniqueness to any piece. But it is also very complex, expensive and one of the quickest ways to see your carefully planned budget sink out of control. Not with us. Once we discuss the project and agree on a way to enhance it with high impact underwater images, we will deliver exactly as promised, on time, on budget and beyond expectations. Additionally, we are experts in event planning, execution and supervision, and excel at handling large crews in aquatic environments, where we supervise every aspect of the operation, from camera crew to actors to stunt artists to safety teams. Furthermore, we have a pool of stunt artists that can cover every body type for any underwater scene, or alternatively, we can train actors to perform their own scenes by running them through our "Aquaticity" diving course, which dramatically improves a person's comfort levels and physical abilities in the water.
We have the latest, state of the art gear, from camera to diving to safety, and will handle every step of the process. That includes 2 full RED-MX systems and all flavors of HD, plus film, both 16 and 35mm. All you need is an idea. After working primarily in Europe for the past six years, we have come back to South Florida, but we are able to cover the whole US territory. Our goal is to empower the visions of creative artists by adding that powerful tool to their arsenal that is underwater imagery.
