I notice the RED 5.6" LCD flickers a little when set to 30Hz. This is fixed by using 60Hz, but is there any advantage to running 30Hz? I guess there is or else it wouldn't be an option. Battery life maybe?
 
Same for me. 60Hz is the right spot. Surprised this still isn't default, as I don't believe 30Hz offers any real benefit other than being distracting.
