RED TOUCH dim monitor shortcut ?

Hello Red users!

Is there a way to to assign a button to dim the RED TOUCH monitor?
I'm trying to save power on stand by.

Hey Santos, are you using the 5"? For me, the arrows on the side of the monitor are automatically assigned. Up being brighten, and down being dim.

I have the 5" and I think there is an easier way to dim the monitor at once!
I read it some where but I can't find it anymore.

I would like to use the button on the Red handle or the 1 button on the SSD module do dim the display.

You can customize your button-layout as you want in camera or via the desktop-application "RED Key Mapper". It's included in the DSMC toolkit: https://de.red.com/downloads/4fd9080e2f74a94f73000139

There are two functions: "LCD (BRAIN): Br. Up" and "LCD (BRAIN): Br. Down", you can assign that to whatever button you want.
