RED Touch 5" LCD - high speed flicker

Hello,

I've noticed that my Red Touch 5" LCD flickers quite noticeable at slower that 1/50 shutter speeds. I was initially thought it was the lighting I was in, but it was only daylight coming through windows, so it was impossible to flicker.

I then checked with an IKAN HDMI 7" LCD and that one didn't have the flicker.

Did you experienced this also, or it is just my RED Touch 5" LCD that has it?

Have you tried a new cable? Cables are usually my problem when monitors fail

Did you check the refresh rate in the settings?

Hey, thank you for the suggestions. I'll try the refresh rate setting (if I can find it) because I don't yet have a spare cable to try. Thanks.

I had encontered same phenomenon.. Switched the display refresh rate from 30hz to 60hz and it stopped...

I had the same problem intermittently, I tried different cables but it didn't affect the image. Good to know I can mess with the display refresh rates.
