Red Touch 4.7 over heating

Hey guys, my Scarlet w monitor has been over heating on outdoor shoots lately. It works fine for 15-30 minutes but then the back of screen comes very hot to the touch and red, green, and blue lines appear on the monitor. Everything records fine on the sensor but camera becomes unusable about 5 minutes later. Has anybody else had this problem?

I've heard of some early 4.7" monitors having heating issues. Just submit a ticket and RED will take care of you.

I have been experiencing the same issue on my 4.7!
Only when it's being used in a hot environment.
