RED TOUCH 4.7 CONTROLS NOT WORKING ON EVF PORT

I plugged my RED 4.7 DSMC2 on the EVF port and the touch controls are not working.
I have vision but not controls. I tried everything, even factory reset and still nothing.

Am i missing something? Am i supposed to enable some settings in the menu that i am not aware of?
There is no monitor attached to the HDMI and SDI port. Just the touch monitor.
I have a Scarlet - W Firmware Version: 6.3.102

You most likely accidentily engages the auto lock. Or key lock. The DSMC guide would be able to tell you how to unlock it.

I forgot the sequence off the topnof my head.

Try downgrading to Firmware 6.3.101. I had a similar issue when I upgraded to the IPP2 Beta. Downgrading solved it for me.

This is a confirmed bug from my end as well. Roll back, 102 is not a stable release.
