When using batts that only show voltage levels, that slowly decrease, at what point should the battery be replaced?

I typically keep a volt in the side handle as a precaution, but i'd love a semi official answer.

Is there a point where voltage can get low enough to keep the camera on, but could lead to recording errors and/or damage components?

OR another way of asking is...

What is the lowest voltage to safely run an Epic Dragon on from V-mount Batts?

Thank You!

My AC changes batts at between 13 and 12.5. They aslo charge a lot faster if you don't run them down to stupid low voltages. But I believe the camera shuts down at 11.5v.
