Red + T1.3 = Exposure in any light (almost)

Exposed at T1.3 with a 25mm Superspeed. 320 ASA. No lighting except car roof light. I've got a bunch more low-light stuff (including available light night exteriors) that I'll post as soon as I get a chance to process it.

The zak forrest clip in the car had much more noise in it than from indie4K, did you both shot this at night? Or was the indie4K footage shot late in the afternoon?

Here you go. T 1.3 is great to have. This is the reason why I prefer Super Speeds over Ultra Primes and S4s. Of course one always trades sharpness for speed. I prefer speed.

Zak,

in your ashshoemom.mov clip there is a mood I really like. This kind of natural, doku yet "focused" look is nice and special, only to accoplish with RED or 35mm.

I should have pointed something out. Those clips were all made months ago from proxies. I should redo them and upload them again, from RedCine.. I'll post more 1.3 clips soon and they will be done proper. My car clip is in lower light for sure, but the noise issue isn't as bad as you think, its from a low res proxy..

Okay I put these through Redcine the noise is much less, image is way better..
