RED support - need account access for firmware download

Hi all,

I need to download the latest firmware for my Weapon 6K Mg, but the RED website asks me for a login to let me download it.
The problem is that my password have expired (they say "due to inactivity" ) but in the meantime my e-mail also changed and I no longer have access to the older one (so I can't ask for the usual "password reset", since an e.mail will be sent to that old address...).

So, anyone knows how to contact someone in RED regarding login problems in the website?
In the meantime, I guess there is no other way to get the firmware file that I can safely use to put in the camera, right?

You could submit a request on support.red.com or just make a new account to download firmware.

Hi Rui,

When did you last upgrade your firmware? As far as I know, RED did NOT upgrade their Weapon 6K Mg since 10/19/2020. If you have older firmware than this, I can download it and upload it to my Google drive and provide you with a link until someone from RED assist you with your issue. Let me know whether you want to do this or not.
