RED Style Monitor Mount

Hi all,

Ive been searching long and hard for a simple monitor mount to emulate the functions of my red touch monitor. I've had no luck and can't figure out why no one makes this. I don't want to use a bulky ball head or magic arm. All I want is a mount with a 1/4 20 screw that will allow the monitor to tilt forward and swivel. I'd even sacrifice the swivel for tilt function only. Preferably to have its own resistance built in like the red monitors.

Does anyone know if there is a company that makes this type of mount? Looking for as low profile as possible.
