Red Studios Hollywood STORE: Just not good enough

Last post here. Sorry Will, Yes your right. I called the red vaporware and bought one a year later. I knew you were going to bring that up again. Oh well... I guess Im a "non-beliver" fool (hence why ive shot 2 features on epic, several music videos and commercials.) My work is 99% epic shot...

As to everyone here, my apologies if I made this personal, Will has been bothering me on this forum for several years, he's everything that is wrong with reduser and it annoys me when people dont understand a good thing even if its staring them in the face.

If that gets me a ban or gets this thread shut down so be it.

You wont here from me again on this topic.
Lone wolf out...

Hey it's all relative. At least there is a store in your city. Many don't have that luxury. Having a store in Toronto would be great. I wouldn't have to have people come to my house to try gear out! Although I really don't mind

Bob would agree with you. It would be amazing to have a store in Toronto that can facilitate orders and repairs. I'm sure as Red expands they will look at where most Reds have been sold, and where the markets are and expand accordingly, but Canada must be high one their list.

I for one love the RSH store. Kelly has always been helpful, and if they can't help you directly, they might be able to point you in the right direction. Like it was mentioned, if you are in the area and don't feel like placing the order online, you can just call to see if they have what you're looking for and stop by. It's nice to go and be able to see the products physically, since photos on a website are sometimes not enough for some of us, It's a huge advantage! Now that I've found myself all over the place and not so much in LA, there have been a couple of times I've really missed having the RSH store nearby. The only gripe I would have is parking heheh, specially when there's a big production going on and all the trucks are outside.

However, like Brent said, sure there is always room to improve and to come up with new ideas, and it seems like they are looking into it, and I'm excited to see what comes out of it.

This is not to discredit what you said Will, maybe you and I have different expectations and that is fair, I don't want to come off as criticizing you, but just to give my view on my personal experiences I've had at the store, which have all been very positive.
