RED Store Descriptions

Hi,

This is just a general comment to RED on the store.

Would it be possible to add some descriptions to the products you offer?
The images doesn't necessarily help to establish what exactly the item is, what it's intended function is, or what you need to have before it will work.

e.g what is the universal mount, or the quick plate, or the EVF specs?

For in-depth information.. Be sure to checkout Brooks wonderfull FAQ. It has alot of good descriptions in it, not only of the camera itself, but the accessories aswell.

Even if the info is out there, it would be good to have it in the store to avoid making people go external to get what they need. Then again, they are in somewhat of a pinch with getting cameras out the door. Perhaps someone not on the Red team could take the text from one area and get it all put up in the store. Perhaps with similar or other items necessary to that particular part?

In the end, it just makes it easier on the buyer.

Yes, product descriptions in the store are mostly *MISSING* --- This is being fixed ASAP.
