RED shot movies at AFM
AFM is coming up in a couple weeks. I know of 5 films at the market that are shot on RED,
one called: Beacon77
http://www.beacon77.com
The another called: The Hole

This is a 3D RED shot movie directed by Joe Dante
I don't know much about Beacon 77 and The Hole, other than I've heard great things about the productions and what I've seen from trailer pieces look really impressive on both these projects.
another is the movie: Repo Chick
(the sequel to the cult classic, Repo-man)
I was lucky enough to visit the set while they were shooting, really cool green-screen cinematography from a master DOP, Steven Fierberg

and yet another is the movie: Hunter Prey
(I've watched this one through various stages of production and post, through the final DI - some of the shots from this movie are in the RED NAB 09 reel. I really, really like this movie, fantastically shot by Ed Gutentag, and masterfully directed by Sandy Collora I can't wait for large audiences to see it.)

and another is the movie: Splinterheads
We screened this movie when I was in Mexico a while back, and it's been a big hit a a number of festivals worldwide - it's a great, super funny comedy, if you like this kind of screwball laugh out loud movie, you will dig Splinterheads

Considering that AFM is screening 445 movies and 73 of those movies are world premieres, we have to figure that there is a significant amount of those movies shot on RED, more than these 5 that I know about.
For any of those here checking out the forum that worked on a movie that was shot on RED, that is screening at AFM, or the AFI fest that is one of the partner events of AFM, please let us know here, so we can track it, etc.
Thanks
