RED scarlett No more spare parts so no repair possible??

We have a scarlett. And it turned into a BRICK. Anybody who dares to open it up and able to fix this??
Please let me know. Right now it is a very expensive paperweight.

THANKS

Only RED can fix it anyway so I would submit a support ticket.
