Omar,

EBay and PayPal are the same company. What makes eBay safe is the payment platform they use as an escrow system "PayPal". Whether we go through eBay or not PayPal would be the safest route. The issue I have is putting the camera package on eBay costs me extra money, a lot of it. The security is the same by just using PayPal. I'd be happy to go on a conference call with you and PayPal customer support to prove this.
