I have been alerted by a user that this may be a potential scam so I am closing this thread. Original poster, if you feel this is in error, please contact me via PM.

EDIT - I have discussed with seller and, while nothing is guaranteed, I feel it is ok to open this back up and seller will note the product as sold now.

OK, I have had a third person alert me this is a scam. I have banned the user until this is sorted out.

Someone claiming to be the "real" Jac Mulder reached out and says he has not posted in 8 years.... Of course, his email bounced back as "no address found" so I have no clue who the real person is.
