RED Scarlet-W | Dead Pixels appearing on my footage

Hey Team reduser,

I know this has been an issue before and I'm not the first one with this. But after our latest project I noticed 5-6 dead pixels on our footage. Since we shot anamorphic I kinda notice them harder then ever before.

So what's next, how to get rid of these? Did anyone of you have the same problem before? Do I have to send in my Scarlet-W? Kinda afraid that it's gonna be long ass time when I send it to UK.

Contact service and send it in. I had a dead pixel on my Scarlet Dragon and RED took care of it. They tried some firmware techniques but in the end swapped out the sensor under warranty. Great service no BS.
