RED Scarlet-W and Basie IO Expander stopped communicating

Anyone ever seen this/have a fix?

I have the base I/O expander and yesterday it stopped communicating with the camera. It powers up and runs through the expander fine but no battery info; the headphone jack doesn't work; and nor do the SDI or HDMI ports. Battery level on screen simply reads 'UNKWN'


Have done a firmware upgrade, detached and reattached the expander module and saved a log. Any other suggestions would be massively appreciated.

i had to get mine fixed, would not transmit sdi - i think a few have gone back for repairs in the uk... or so im told. mine was bought in march/april time this year from cvp so not sure if there was a few faulty ones?
