Currently on vacation and I accidentally changed my scarlet brain to output to something else rather than Brain Hdmi. Now i am not getting any signal out to my dp6. Does anyone know how to reset this without a monitor?I currently cannot do a force update because i do not have my laptop. Thanks

Could anyone with a side handle jot down the thumbwheel clicks and ok buttons to change it back to brain lcd? Please.

Using Firmware 5.3.29 -

Menu/Settings/Display/Monitor Control/Monitor/Drop-down menu/Brain HDMI

Blind side-handle path -

Scroll to right (to Menu)
Enter (Settings)
Enter (Display)
Enter (Monitor Control)
Scroll 2 clicks to right (to Monitor)
Enter (Monitor)
Arrow down one click (to drop-down menu)
Enter (Drop-down Menu)
Scroll to left (to Brain LCD at top of list)
Scroll right two clicks (to Brain HDMI third on list)
Enter (Brain HDMI)
Menu x 4 (esc. back to start screen)

Thank you so much for thr help unfortunately i ran into another problem. My switronix charger pb70 stopped charging my v mount batteries so i cant even power up now.

quick question bout the scroll left once then scroll right twice. is there wn enter in between?

No enter in-between scrolling left then right, you're just scrolling all the way to the left first in order to make sure you're at the top of the drop-down list options, otherwise you could be scrolling right two clicks from anywhere on the list and ending up on the wrong selection.

Was just curious too whether the instructions would work.

We provide preset files on the download page that set either HDMI or HDSDI as your control monitor. Look for the DSMC Toolkit on the download page. These presets can be automatically applied on boot by placing them in a special folder on an SSD. Detailed instructions are included in the download.

I downloaded that but don't get how to use it and make it work. I'm reading it again now.

I'm just not sure how or if it will allow me to do what I need to do? Which is press button 1 and allow it to AF One shot, then on the next push of same user 1 press allow for WB: Auto Calc.

I think you are looking at the wrong thread.
