  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Red Scarlet first test

Looks like you have the camera figured out!
Lenses? what is your mount? Canon is probably the cheapest glass to go with, esp if you use Other brands (Tamron, Tokina, etc.)

Good point.

Guillerme did you add a vignette in post, or is that the 25mm vignetting? The 25mm vignettes wide open on Full Frame, but I've never noticed it on a cropped sensor before. The 50 and 200 shouldn't vignette at all.

PS the shots you pulled off with the 200 look GREAT.

If you can't afford the 35 1.4, the Contax 35 2.8 is superb too and very sharp, across all apertures. The 85 2.8 is phenomenal too. Both can be had pretty affordably ($350).

Hi Nick,
I added the vignette in post. :)
I would love to have the 35mm and 85mm 1.4, but maybe i will consider the 2.8 because of the price. Do you have any footage with those?

Thanks
