Red Scarlet Dragon - Purple edge

Dear Redusers,

I just received my new Red Scarlet Dragon. I've been doing some tests to see what it can/can't do. I found a few issues. I do have the gate/sensor/cmos smear/horizontal flare. As I read, it is something I got to get used to it and that's fine with me. But something else happened. When I shoot something/someone in front of a bright light source, a thick purple edge appears around the object. I read something about lens related... I've used my lenses on different cameras in the past and I've never really seen something like that and if I did, it wasn't that thick and obvious.

Can someone tell me if it is something I have to live with it also?

This is Chromatic Aberration and lens related. What lens is this and what aperture were you shooting?

Let me guess, you were using the zeiss lens wide opened?

Its chromatic aberration, yes.

Just stop down a bit, you weren't getting anything but a silhouette in that shot anyway

It is a Zeiss Compact Prime CP.2 35mm T1.5

I shot the first shot at f2.0 and the second at f4
